We follow the Denton ISD calendar and are closed for bad weather days and all bank holidays.

Our Requirements:

•      ​One Full Year at the same job
• ​     Proof of income with tax returns if Self-empolyed 
•      ​3 times the rent in income
•      No evictions
•      No felonies
• ​     Rental history
