Rent payments may be made via the following:
- Tenant Web Access Portal-see drop-down menu for instructions on setting up your TWA account
- Money Order dropped through drop slot
- Check dropped through drop slot
- Cash delivered in person to mgmt.
- Do Not EVER drop CASH through the drop slot!!!
How to make a payment:
- Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is late after the 5th.
- $15/day late fee shall be assessed beginning on the 6th.
- Should the 5th fall on a weekend, payments shall be accepted on Monday with no penalty.
- Payments may be made in person at the office via cash, money order, or check and a receipt shall be issued.
- Payments may be mailed to the above address c/o Red Door Operations.
- Please personally contact management for access to TWA options.
- After hours payments (NOT cash)may be placed in our drop box at the office.
- All payments not made during normal office hours should be in an envelope labeled with "Red Door Operations" and your personal information.
- Payments not made during normal office hours should NEVER include cash.
- Payments should be clearly marked with name, address, and apartment number.
- Red Door Operations shall not be held responsible for any payment (CASH or other)made after office hours or any payment made without a receipt.
- Make sure you ALWAYS get a receipt!
