5:00pm-9:00am Monday-Friday and All Day Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays

BROKEN LOCK: If your key or deadbolt has broken you may contact us at any time. After Hours Emergency Maintenance: 940-390-4464
WATER LEAK: If there is a MAJOR water leak (water is pouring out and you are NOT able to turn it off) you may contact us at any time. After Hours Emergency Maintenance: 940-390-4464
A/C ISSUES: If your A/C is not working and the indoor temperature is over 89 degrees you may contact us between Monday-Friday 9:00am-12:00pm 1:00pm-5:00pm

LOCK OUT: We do not service after-hour lock-outs.
FIRE: In case of fire call 911. Call Red Door Operations between 8:00am-5:00pm.
POWER OUTAGE: If there is a power outage call: City of Denton: 940-349-8700
TOWING: All vehicles parked in a Red Door parking lot must have a visible Red Door parking sticker or it will be towed. If your vehicle has been towed call Flex Towing Services (940) 566-7002
EXCESSIVE NOISE FROM NEIGHBORS: If you are experiencing excessive noise from your neighbors please 911. You may report them to Red Door Operations between Monday-Friday 9:00am-12:00pm 1:00pm-5:00pm
